Hello and welcome to today’s edition of BowlsLink training.

Today we’re going to look at resetting your password.

This can be done either when you have forgotten what your password is, or if you have never accessed BowlsLink before, the process is the same.

It does require you to have an e-mail address on file in the system.

The first thing that we’re going to do, is we’re going to go to http://bowlslink.aom.au because that’s where bowls link is housed.

and just underneath where we would put our password in to the left of the login button there’s a forgot password or a new to bowls link option.

Either of those links will take you to the same place.

In this case, I’m going to say that I forgot my password.

It’s going to ask me to enter my e-mail address below.

Once I’ve done that, I can hit the recover password option.

That will tell me that if that e-mail address is the e-mail address, that’s on file for me it will send me an e-mail in the next 5 minutes.

It is very important that I do not close this window now.

My e-mail that I have sent it to is web-based, so I’m going to go into my browser and I’m going to open up a new tab

and I’m going to go to my e-mail on the web and I’m just going to sign in.

If your e-mail is one that you access off your computer, that would just pop up to saying that it’s arrived.

Now I’m going to come in here and I can see I have an old one here, and I have another one in what’s called my other inbox or I may need to check my spam to make sure that it hasn’t gone there.

But there is my e-mail and there is my code.

I’m going to copy that code.

I’m going to switch back to my still open window that tells me I have 13 minutes remaining.

I’m going to paste my code and then I’m going to validate.

Once that code has been validated, then here there’s my reset option.

I will need to make sure that my option has at least, 8 characters, one capital letter and at least one number.

And it will ask me to put it in twice and I will get the green tick to say that it matches,

I can then update my password.

I will get a “Your password has been successfully Reset” message.

And I am then able to log in as I normally would with my profile.

Thanks for watching.

Hello and welcome to this edition of BowlsLink training.

Today we’re going to look at successfully being able to log on, to select your profile if you have one,

and to be able to log off.

The first thing that we’re going to do is to go to http://bowlslink.com.au

This is where bowls link is accessed from.

I can log in using my email address, my mobile phone number, or my national ID number. I am going to use my Email address.

If you only have one profile at one club i.e. You’re only a member of 1 club, you will not get a profile selection screen.

If you are a member of more than one club or you are an administrator, you’ll have the option to select which profile you wish to use. In this case you can see that I’m an administrator at 2 clubs.

I also belong to two clubs, so for today’s demonstration I’m just going to log in as my Club Savage bull.

And that will bring up my personal details and information about me that I can access.

In the top right hand corner there’s the name of the person that I’m using for today.

You’ll also notice that there’s a little arrow there that you can press and that will give you some options, and one of those options is to log out, and that is what we use to safely log out of the system.

And once we have done that you’ll see that we do have a successfully logged out message.

Thanks for watching.
