Payment Gateway Applications

BowlsLink has the capability to process payments on behalf of your club/district/region/zone for competitions, membership fees, and events.

Currently, there is a service fee to use the Payment Gateway, which is set at 1.96% of the transaction fee. This will be automatically deducted from payments and includes all Credit Card and bank charges, as well as administration and maintenance fees. For example, if you charge $100 then the payee will pay $100. $98.04 of this will be distributed to your club during settlement.

Bowls Australia is currently doing disbursements monthly back to clubs/districts/regions/zones, however looking at capacity to change this to fortnightly.

In order to receive the payments from Bowls Australia, a BowlsLink Payment Gateway Agreement will need to be filled out and supplied back to Bowls Australia, acknowledging the Terms & Conditions.
