As a BowlsLink user, you might come across something you need some help with. Below are some frequently asked questions that might help you with your questions.
We have and are continuing to publish courses via BowlsLearn that you as a member can take. These courses will range over many different topics to help you the user understand BowlsLink better.
Who to contact if having problems?
Most state offices will have a contact that looks after BowlsLink that will be able to help you out if you have a question. You can find the list of contact names, numbers, and emails here.Log On and Log Off

Reset Password
To reset your password go here https://bowlslink.com.au/authenticate/reset-password
If you are logging in via National ID Number or Mobile Number or not receiving the validation code via email. Contact your State/Territory Office.White/Black Screen/No data showing - Refresh
If the data on the page you are trying to view is not appearing or receiving an error message. Best for you to refresh your screen.
Windows - Control + F5 or Control + r
Mac - Command + R
Also depending on which internet browser you are using, you can use the reload button, but this will not always work.Changing profiles
If you have access to more than one profile under your membership, you will need to change profiles, depending on the action you want to achieve. When selecting the profile when first logging in, the clubs listed under MY CLUBS will be your personal membership profile - for updating your details and entering competitions. Then you will either have Club Administration or Group Administration - the clubs/districts/regions listed here will be the administration profiles depending on your access level.
When you are in one of the profiles, you can also switch from the profiles without logging out. Top left-hand side, you will see the Club/District/Region you are in. Click on here and the drop-down list will appear. Remember to click on the club/district/region you want to go into not the heading.

If you are trying to enter a competition that requires you to log into BowlsLink. Best for you to complete the BowlsLearn Course called BowlsLink Basics. Through this course, you will learn about BowlsLink and your membership and how to navigate BowlsLink, and how to enter a competition.
